All covens or addresses must be registered with Bluebury City Council. However, some vampiric residents may require assistance locating a coven or moving addresses.
Vampiric residents must register an address with Bluebury City Council within three months of turning.
Not every address is suitable for registration. The following list details suitable addresses:
If a new private address is being registered and the vampiric resident is unable for whatever reason to supply the written approval of the address' immediate neighbours, a notice will be posted outside the address for 14 working days and neighbours will be given the opportunity to lodge complaints.
The Bluebury City Coven Database lists all registered covens in Bluebury City, Waterside and Cedar Valley. Covens may use the database to note if they are accepting new residents.
All vampires are automatically registered with their sire's coven (if known) upon turning, so it is not usually necessary to apply to a new coven. Please contact your local city council to apply to register with a new coven.
A new coven may be registered at an address that was previously registered as a private address. A coven application requires three vampiric residents' names and the renewed written approval of immediate neighbours.
Addresses with a shared public entrance (eg. flats with a shared close, council housing) are not generally suitable and may not be successful even with written approval of immediate neighbours.
Be aware that coven addresses are made publicly available through the Bluebury City Coven Database.
In some situations, a vampiric resident may apply for relocation to a temporary unregistered address.
An application for aided relocation must include a statement about why relocation is necessary, and why other methods of dealing with the current living situation are not appropriate.
